Feeling Good Is Good Enough Is the first full feature 12 track debut album by the little known band The Five and Tens. The Five and Tens are a diverse instrumental band based out of Mississauga, Ontario Canada named after highway intersection Hurontario and Dundas Street (5 & 10). They bring an eclectic mix of music from all different influences from around the world into one groove. They are the brothers in the groove. The quartet is formed of Sean Jackson on bass, Nick Vidal on Drums, Anthony Vidal on Keyboards and Ray Vidal on Guitar.

This album was recorded live off the floor and released out of the Five and Tens basement called Vidal Recordings. This record was mixed by brothers Anthony Vidal and Ray Vidal. It was later mastered by Chris Crerar at Metalworks Studio in Mississauga, ON Canada.
